A typical tablet production line
- 01CompressionPowder blends are compressed into tablets of a defined weight, size and hardness.
- 02CoatingA thin film coat is applied to protect the tablet and make it easier to swallow.
- 03Blister packingTablets are sealed into individual cells that protect them from moisture and light.
- 04CartoningSealed strips are placed in cartons with the patient leaflet, then labelled for dispatch.
